Real Estate Broker Requirements
To qualify for an Illinois Real Estate Broker License you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
- Successfully complete the required 75 hours of coursework
- Pass the state licensing exam
