Accredited Commercial Practitioner (ACP) Certification
Are you a residential REALTOR® looking to expand your business into the commercial market? Or a managing broker with residential agents conducting commercial deals or interested in commercial real estate?
Commercial Boot Camp is a hands-on, four-day program that goes beyond the surface and provides in-depth training to build your confidence and the skills necessary to succeed in commercial real estate.
Successful completion of this program will provide students with Mainstreet's own ACP: Accredited Commercial Practitioner Certification. This certification is recognized by MRED; however, it is not a NAR approved certification.

ACP Certification Overview and Expectations
After completion of the full Commercial Boot Camp course, students will receive certification as an Accredited Commercial Practitioner (ACP). This certification will be offered to the students so that they may use the certification in their advertising and connectMLS profiles. The students shall receive a certificate, sample press release, and Mainstreet Organization of REALTORS® will inform Midwest Real Estate Data, LLC to add the certification acronym, ACP, to their profile. Additionally, the students will be added as a member of the Commercial Alliance Forum.
The certification may be used by the students for two (2) years. Within those two (2) years, the students must attend at least two (2) Commercial Event hosted by the Commercial Alliance Committee of Mainstreet Organization of REALTORS®, or attend a Commercial Continuing Education Course hosted by Mainstreet Organization of REALTORS®.
